Do you offer beds for both cats and dogs?

Yes. We offer a selection of Cat Beds and Dog Beds in different styles and sizes.

How do I choose the right bed size?

Check the size chart shown on the product page before ordering. We recommend measuring your pet while they are resting or curled up and comparing the measurements with the size information provided.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $5.99 for orders under $100.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

When is the order cutoff time?

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item meets our return requirements.

How do I start a return?

Email support@petzic.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will email you the return instructions and mailing address.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@petzic.com. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
